I actually have always liked Rece. He's been largely favorable to the Tigers throughout the years on College Football Final, media interviews, and CGD.. I disagree with his take on the targeting call, but I certainly understand it. He felt it met the letter of the law. So did the two officials who called/upheld it. Many do not. It's why it's always been a terrible rule. You can disagree with someone and that does not automatically equal them or you being a homer. Divergent viewpoints are what make sports talk so much fun which is what College Gameday ultimately is. The Carville thing was highly embarrassing in every conceivable way. You can get your point across and have it be respectable even if others don't agree with it. He came off as a conspiracy loon without one point of merit. Sucks. At the end of the day, no one thought LSU would be third in the country under Coach O in his second year and yet again we are the team that gives Saban a lot of uneasy nights. It's already been a win of a season, and we still have tonight to look forward to. This is Nick's best team ever, and as usual LSU is the real test.. now it is time to compete. Geaux Tigers!
