Awesome. What years were you in? We went on a WestPac in 1994 with the Carl Vinson Battle Group. Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, Kenya, Australia (Perth & Darwin), Guam, Diego Garcia, Hawaii (twice)

 

Oh, and back to a point you made earlier. Did you say they now get 2 crops out of one growing year?

 

LOL. Poor RD, this thread is totally derailed. Military service and rice farming are now the main topics.

 

Did you get off the ship at Diego Garcia. I used to visit our satellite tracking station there. Also our stations in Guam & Hawaii.

 

Yeah I figured we may as well make it a thread to shoot the shit in.
