JP Wilson will be a SR,most SEC QB's either are inconsistent up until their SR year when they either put it together for a season or lose their job.
JP Wilson will put it together, under a 2nd season of Nick Saban's coaching.

LSU will have the better receivers, but dont undervalue how crucial Jacob Hester is to your running game.
You can have the pipe dream Keilan Williams and Charles Scott can make the big plays he did but they just wont:nope:

LSU has a good class so far,but Alabama is #3 now and will be #1 after Jones,Brown,Harris, and Lawrence finally just admit they're going to Alabama.

Bama, Auburn, & LSU will all be near equals next year. Anyone of these teams could win the West next year. Arkansas is the wild card. They lose a lot of talent, but (according to Tirk's theory) team's have a tendency to have a better first year than their talent would dictate when bringing in a new coach.

Our CB's have talent, but several of them did not play CB in highschool & they are very much still learning the position. The oldest CB we will have next year is a RS Sophmore, Jai Eugene (highly recruited, but hasn't shown more than the ability to get a PI flag thrown). Like I said in my first post, they could be good next year, but they won't be great.

Cutrera is a liability at MLB. The games he has played substantially in (Arkansas '06 & '07, Ole Miss '07) other teams have destroyed us with the run. We better have a couple OLBs so that Beckwith doesn't have to move outside.

PS: Stefoin Francois is a safety.

Saban's QB coaching? Saban doesn't even go near the QBs in practice. He's got nothing to do with their development, and it's not like he has a great track record with QBs.

Hester is the opposite of big plays.

I thought you were a Tennessee fan.

Don't take pot shots and run, tell us what a "Realistic" projection would be, but don't be "Stupid" now. :D

Glad to know there are some who recognize that.......Thank you. :thumb:

As for out loses, surely can't argue with most of the posters' choices but I'm hoping we break the cycle and beat AU next year.

As far Florida, I'd thought the were overrated in preseason with losing dam near their entire defense and later admitted they ended up being MUCH better than I'd thought they'd be so hope, on the flip side, that LSU will be better on defense in the areas of question, and maybe, just maybe, squeak one out but not counting on it and see UGA, UF as loses and not sure where but know a third looming is definitely a very real possibility. Depending on who we get for our OOC game on the 13th of Sept. (Hearing maybe Boston College) it could be a trap game.

    Amen brother!

You talk like we don't have talent waiting on the bench for playing time and this class of freshman for Bama will be better. I would be very surprised if any freshman see the feild next year for us. Bama will do good to win 8 games next year.

LSU is going to pull of Jarboe, and I think thats where there recruiting will end for this year.

Much better class in 2009,LSU has to get on the recruiting trail hard for McFarland before Saban nabs him up.
