YouTube - 2009 LSU vs Georgia Football Highlights

The above link is from LSU/UGA last season. We all agree that the OL was below par, and pretty much everyone expects improvement in that area this year. But that's about the only thing we can seem to agree on.

In this video, although there are those that seem to only remember JJ getting sacked, slow release, indecisive, can't throw downfield, etc..., there is reason for optimism. Yes, it's a HIGHlight video. But the fact is, JJ showed his potential in this game last season...so we know he has it in him. Also, it should be noted that the game came down to a 2 minute drill...and JJ/LSU executed.

***edited to add...JJ is FAST! And Shep, but we know that. Back to the show***

But JJ isn't the only returning player in these highlights. There are glimpses of Shep's greatness, running the Wild Tiger. There are glimpses of Randle making the big catch over the middle in traffic...in the two minute drill. And of course, TT.

Just thought I'd throw this in for your viewing pleasure, and hopefully it'll be taken as a positive...something to look forward to this upcoming season.

    Enjoy!

i take it as nothing but! the season cannot get here fast enough. is it too early to leave for atlanta?

that charles scott TD at the end was probably one of my most favorite plays last season. i must have jumped ten feet in the air, i still remember how crazy i went. that was a classic game.

    Something I left out...

We got a great kicker coming back too...and that is NOT to be understated.
    Jefferson at 1:25 is sick...

I have a funny feeling that kickers will be important this year .... the West championship may come down to a kick-deciding moment this season ..... just a funny suspicion .... and several teams have solid placekickers.

I can't stand Jawja and its fans ... woof, woof.

Here is my favorite LSU Georgia game that I attended. Mauck to Greeeeeeen ... touchdown !!!! We had an arrogant Jawja fan at our tailgate before the game. She was rude and obnoxious and it was very clear that she thought LSU had no chance to win with the vaunted David Green at QB. She was talking more sh*t than the Port-o-let before the game. One of the sorest losers I have ever seen. None of our wives could restrain us, we blasted her and she couldn't respond !
