Fine points. And I understand that you're still out on Les, but I don't think "the jury" is. You are a definite minority on this question around here. In fact, "the jury is still out on Les" is a remark we usually only hear from SEC rival posters and posers. First, the "jury" was out because Nick's recruits were playing, then the the "jury" was out because Les hadn't won a National Championship like Nick did. Now the "jury" is out because perhaps he hasn't managed his coaches properly . . . like Nick. :dis: You don't happen to live in Alabama, do you? :grin:
LOL... JPW even today is not a great QB... more lucky than anything imo... but he sucked immensely when he first got in the SEC. So did a few others.
I did my fair share of defending Lee. I also pointed out pretty vehemently that LSU was NOT a top ten or fifteen team at the beginning of this season and I got torn apart for that too. I never brought it up because I'm bigger than that. I've learned to keep my mouth shut for the most part. :LSU231:
