An actual picture of watching football in Husky Stadium from the North Endzone.

That picture is way to small to be able to tell much about Husky Stadium. Got any bigger ones from different viewpoints?

    All,

My wife and brother-in-law are alumnis from UW so that day will be hopefully a great day for the Tigers so I can have bragging rights. We originally planned to make the trek to the game but we are due our first baby about that time. Anyway, if it is not raining, that is a pretty nice stadium to catch a game, especially if you are overlooking Lake Washington. I had season tickets for the Seahawks their first season they played there and it was a decent stadium.

My oldest sister and I both live in the greater Puget Sound area. Yet our gang of six siblings with have three here for the upcoming game Sep 5th as a younger sister from Baton Rouge will join us for a 5-day get together.

Older sis bought her tickets online early today; she got two tix in section 48, the nose-bleed section of the upper deck on the south stadium. Your picture shows she would be in the shadows on the right side.

I've decided to take in the Tiger party the night before and watch the game locally on TV. If I cannot get a decent seat I won't attend.

Does anyone have a listing on the Friday night Tiger "Welcome" Party? I believe it is somewhere around 3rd Avenue just south of the UW campus.
Any help provided will be appreciated as my sister and I both live on an island.

Yes, she and I attended LSU in the late 50s and early 60s.

Look how far away the stands are from the field.

Check out the small set of stands set up on the track behind the endzone. Man, Tiger Stadium spoils me.
