Local gumps have no worries about Richardson. Supposedly the assistant coaches brought back good news from their in-home last Thursday and phone calls this weekend were all positive. Never really thought we would get him but we are giving them some grief on other fronts so it's all good.
I heard from my Gator guys that he's just been playing both of us this whole time, and he had a lot of both of our fans fooled.
He's just a nice kid that says nice things about the schools when being interviewed. Some people read reports like they mean everything in the world. He isn't playing the schools...the fans are playing themselves for hanging on to every word.
Yeah, but I've heard he never had any interest in either school. Just went to be treated like a king. I guess you basically said the same thing.
Exactly Fans here reports about how great the official visit was and most are rarely bad visits. Then the recruit visits somewhere else and the previous trip excitement dies down. Will usually come down to where the prospect has spent most of their time and feel the most comfortable and that would be Bama.
Don't kid yourself. He has had interest in other schools besides Bama and has discussed it in detail as has his brother. The way I see it is that TR used Bama as his benchmark when comparing other schools like LSU and UF. Bama was in the lead and he wanted to make sure by taking visits in case someone trumped the gumps.
