I was told it was said on a Scout interview. I don't have access. If you do, I encourage you to go check it out and prove me wrong. Anyway, he rated his visit here a "Perfect 10" on Rivals and I find it hard to believe that his LSU visit could have been much better than that regardless. Anyway, I know there's a reason why we play the games. I fully expect Florida to be challenged, but on January 26, 2009 I really like our chances. Is there such a problem with that? Now, I hope to continue to be a contributing member to this board and I hope we can put this little fight behind us.
it was on a scout article and he rated the FLA visit a 10 due to the extensive celebrating for the National Championship, but that was it nothing more and he did give LSU a 8-9 and really enjoyed his visits and put some rest to some of the concerns that he was having..overall a really good visit...
Okay, so between LSU, ALA, and UF, his "scoring range" is 8-10. BFD either way, irrespective of allegiance. Big picture is that he seems to be at least considering a school outside of ALA. Given that LSU runs the ball in a way that would better fit TRs style, his brother plays football a few miles from LSU, and his mom may have moved to Lafayette where his brother plays, it sounds to me LSU has more meaningful variables going our way than UF does. Guess we will all find out on signing day. I like our chances much more than I did 72 hours ago.
:geaux: Very true as to how an NC helps with recruiting. Irt one of your previous post and just so you know, "Gumps" is what we call the 'Bama fans/posters. :hihi: You know like Forest Gump. :LSU231:
Explains alot What the he!! do you expect?!?! You are ranting crap on opposing teams sites...would you like us to just bow down to you and say congratulations on your future 2009, 2010, and 2011 National Championships :dis:
I can understand it. I know a few obnoxious fans who just run around saying Tim Tebow but don't know **** about the team. Anyway, I think this got a bit out of hand. I don't even know where it started, but let's end it here and move on... For all we know, Trent Richardson doesn't go to either school, and if he does choose one, it's up to him. Not what me and you post on this message board.
OBG, the main disagreement we have is the attitude that its a foregone conclusion that UF will be head and shoulders above the SEC for the next few years. Sure, Florida will be a favorite this year, but you'll have some pretty stiff competition. 2010 all bets are off. FU will return good talent, but this year isn't the first great recruiting class we've had.:yelwink2: As far as TR, who knows... :geauxtige
