Definitely agree b/c he gave his word and handled the situation wrong instead of being upfront and truthful

    Re: Dexter Pratt

Why would a recruit be afraid of a Senior player staying for his senior year?

KW follows him, and then Murphy, and the surprise guy might be #34 Ridley.

    It's just one year!

I don't buy it, do these guys (recruits) really believe they are going to unseat proven and experienced, and physically developed players like Scott and KW?

    It a 4 or 5 year decision not a 1 year IMO

Scott returning has nothing to do with this imho.

he could not enroll early at LSU...he was not accommodated by LSU (in his mind), ticked off , humiliated, ....the HS coach found a quick fix in OSU! Done, simple as that..

The kid wants to be on campus somewhere right now. Probably so he doesn't have to face at the responsibilities he has waiting on him in Texas for an additional 6 months. It's about being away from home, it seems

    Just my speculation

    I agree.

I don't think it is that simple. There is some question about whether OSU was a quick fix, or was a planned escape... Pratt's HS coach has connections to the OSU staff, and I believe that he was steered that way on porpuse (and the coach had it in mind before Pratt ever made it onto LSU's campus).

Les and Gundy rumored to not have a great relationship as well and Les wasnt allowed to speak to the team after he announced he was going to LSU.

Man! If only that could be made into a Coor's commercial! That was hilarious. He was all like :angryfire:cuss: :po:, while everyone in the room was like :insane:. Meanwhile people watching at home were like :hihi::rofl:.

You know, I don't have a clue as to why they have not tapped into that.

More than likely Gundy is still too sensitive about this subject and don't want it used in that manner.

Might have something to do with NCAA and alcohol ads too though. I know they sell alcohol at games in a lot of places, but doesn't the NCAA prohibit alcohol-related advertisement?

:geaux: More likely someone just hasn't thought about it in that manner yet. It would be hilarious. I doubt it's because anybody is concerned about Gundy's sensitivity.:hihi:

I was referring to Gundy not allowing Coors to use that footage. Coors certainly wouldn't concern itself with Gundy's sensitivity on the matter.
