Just going by what's been posted it sounded like maybe he had some issues. If he does have issues, like a wife and kid if that's true, maybe it's better he does go somewhere else that's a better fit if he's not comfortable at LSU. Re: Dexter Pratt You gotta realize it's the culture. This kid, as with most inner city kids, feel they have to represent and come "hard". It's the hip hop generation they live in, he can't come off sounding like some twerp on his myspace. You meet the kid in public and he may be as well spoken and humble and polite as can be. And I am sure that's how he comes off to Les Miles and the staff as well as any other coach he gets visited by. FYI, we don't even know if he is really married. Lots of info on myspace is fake (e.g., like the salary they make). Btw, do you think Russell Shepard listens to Glen Campbell?

Re: Dexter Pratt Someone who is a husband and a dad is usually more dependable and stable. It's definitely not something that should be held against him. In fact many from his background grew up without a dad and many are fathers that have no contact with the mother or kids. It actually sounds like he is trying to do the right thing. It shouldn't be tied in with the rather confusing situation with his supposed decommitment.
