I have been on here longer than some of you people have been alive... well, it seems that way. I have never blocked anyone until now. I will tell you, for me at least, blocking Ramah has made this site much more enjoyable.

You're a newbie. I get what you're saying. The ignore function used to be a hack until it was included in the core of software packages like this ... added it to a few sites I've ran. But, I've never ignored anyone in my 'net life. It's sort of like those who mute the TV because they get pissed at the commentators. I may not like, or agree, with what they are saying ... but it's not enough to make me mute them: TV or anywhere else. On a related note, one of the most pusillanimous moves seen today is when we see media hacks write an opinion and then block people on Twitter who disagree. Shane, Kyle, et. al. don't have the ability to do so here in their ADMIN roles...that's applies across the board if you run forums like this one.
