I disagree. I felt Florida deserves the position they enjoy. I also believe a good case can be made for Tennessee having a better class than USC, but the difference between the two are not that great and any judgment that one is better than the other would be largely subjective.

I don't want anyone to misunderstand me...I DO care about recruiting...I just don't worry about whether or not we finish with the #1 recruiting class. As long as we continue to finish in the top 5 consistently then I believe that we will still remain very competitive for the national title. That is what I am ultimately concerned with the most. How many of these :crystal: do they give out for finishing with the #1 recruiting class?

Obviously everyone cares about how many NC's we can win but do you see any games being played now? Its recruiting season and we should always strive to be #1 :thumb:
You look at the last few national champs, they have all had #1 or #2 ranked recruiting classes, so i certainly say having the best recruits helps. Its just good for bragging rights anyways

Well, we'll have to agree to disagree on this one, espcially with UT and USC. The Vols class is not even in the same stratosphere with the Trojans.
