    WWL is reporting that Randy Moss is a "player of interest" to the Saints.

    It's not like Drew needs the help of a guy with the reach and range of Randy Moss, but can you imagine how much of a weapon he could be? The ball may never hit the turf again.

    When they say that it usually means we thinking about it but aint decided to place a call or not yet. Also not sure if he is in game shape or not either and we would need a quick fix.

    Today Payton walked Montez Billings (who, other than in height, bares some resemblence to Moss) over to the media and asked them if they had any questions for Randy. Funny guy.

    I know this is old news and the Saints have no interest in Moss, but he was never really known as a locker room cancer, to my knowledge. That was Terrell Owens. Moss was just lazy on the field when he knew the ball wasn't being thrown his way. That's still a horrible trait to have and one of the reasons I don't think I'd want him on the team, but I don't think he has the ability to divide Drew's locker room.
