Well, QB's and RB are pretty individualized and while there are a few head cases in these slots, most seem to be in the WR slot. I guess they can turn a game with one reception but if you just live for the big play and not pull your weight on the other plays (like most of them seem to do) then I guess the only way you get attention is to draw it to yourself.
