If any other of our presidents had failed to send relief aid to flood victims throughout the Midwest with more people killed or made homeless than in New Orleans, would you want it made into a major ongoing political issue with claims of racism and incompetence? If any other of our presidents had ordered the firing of the CEO of a major corporation, even though he had no constitutional authority to do so, would you have approved? Depends on what he would have sent them for. If he would have sent them to try and deny workers rights, then the answer clearly is No, I would not have approved. No, I wouldn't have approved. However, I don't think the national debt would have been doubled had the President taken over a budget surplus like his predecessor did. depends on which state law we were talking about and if I agreed with the law or not.
