oh wow. 5 star guy out of texas???!?!?!? This could be a program changer. Recruiting kids like this on a national level, wow!
I am not a big basketball fan, but I hope it's true. Would love to see the Tigers go back to the Final Four.
Speaking of final four, how nice is it to have that as an edge in recruiting. You know it has to sway some of these recruits.
No press conference today or the 17th for sure. It's a day by day deal at this point. Tiger Nation, let's keep our fingers crossed. If there are folks out there who can reach out to AR... I hope they're doing it. http://www.2theadvocate.com/sports/4306722.html
This is the only recruit so far that is big time. The others are indeed national, but are not ranked as high as the local kids we've been able to bring in. No question, this is an important get for the Tigers. It does not help us at either guard position, which I would question at this point.
Late-breaking News 10/05/06; 1:50 PM Last night, the 55th rated player from the Southeast Region, in the 2007 class, 6'11 SF/P Anthony Randolph of Woodrow Wilson HS in Dallas, TX, called the LSU coaches and committed to them. Randolph and his family made an official visit to LSU last weekend. This is the third player to commit to the Tigers early. Now I do not know what to believe and I guess Don doesnt either because you never see him put endnotes on this column.:nope:
