    I don't see him running a sub 4.5.

On a related note, does this affect Shepard's decision?

Where? I don't trust the numbers coming out of LSU, especially last year when we had all these players running sub 4.3s.

Obviously Mett made his juco receivers look pretty outstanding. Just think what he can do with ours..............If they let him of course.

No, we need a game plan that includes top receivers.

I don't blame re or shepherd for leaving. People keep saying poor qb play, but the reality is poor play calling and wr. Unfriendly game plan.

How many times did bama throw to Mo's side of the field? When he came to LSU as a WR/QB/Ath, he had to work to get where he is today. In high school you can get by with talent, speed, size. In college, you have to work to get to be the best. Brockers worked to get where he is, a top 20 pick, only playing two years in college. Brockers last year(2010) had a total of 25 tackles, 15th. on the team. Look where he is now.

Logan didn't get many offers out of high school. In 2010 he finished the year with 5 tackles, this year hes starting. Thats right 5, guess he never thought he'd be starting for the Tigers. In college, the off season is one time you can make a move, the good players do.

Kind of like graduation in college, all that wants to get a degree, gets one. Its there for you........

917 yards, 8 TDs -- outstanding season for RR... top 10 in LSU history!

Only 7 LSU receivers have had more receiving yards in a season: Branden Lafell (2008), Dwayne Bowe (2006), Michael Clayton (2003), Josh Reed (2000 and 2001), Tony Moss (1988 and 1989), Wendell Davis (1986 and 1987), Eric Martin (1983)

Only 9 LSU receivers have had more receiving TDs in a season: Brandon Lafell (2009), Dwayne Bowe (2005 and 2006), Michael Clayton (2003), Devery Henderson (2003), Josh Reed (2000), Tony Moss (1989), RB Eddie Fuller (1989), Wendell Davis (1986), Carlos Carson (1977)

Only 2 LSU receivers have had more yards per catch in a season (min 50 catches): Josh Reed (2001) and Eric Martin (1983)

each of the above was taken in the NFL Draft:
    1st Round -- Dwayne Bowe
    1st Round -- Michael Clayton
    1st Round -- Wendell Davis
    2nd Round -- Josh Reed
    2nd Round -- Devery Henderson
    3rd Round -- Brandon Lafell
    4th Round -- Tony Moss
4th Round -- Eddie Fuller (RB)
    5th Round -- Carlos Carson
    7th Round -- Eric Martin

Well I don't know where else to get numbers for you. I've seen his low listed at 4.43 and a high of 4.62. He consistently runs in the low 4.5 range. He can work on speed and timing and get below a 4.5 with some effort. You don't become the best deep threat in the SEC being slow and running bad routes. He's as fast as Justin Blackmon, who also clocks in the 4.5 range regularly. Blackmon just played in a pass-happy offense and reaped the benefits of his hard work.

McShay said the NCG hurt Randle's value. Not only during play, but his body language between plays. Uninspired.
