The results were quite encouraging. Hopefully we'll replace this Congress as we've never had a worse group of losers than this current cast of characters.

It also showed how Obama's support isn't helping. Will that send a message to him? Nope...his arrogance will be his downfall.

Well this was a Republican primary, and what it showed is that folks aren't interested in establishment candidates. Obama was not supporting either of these candidates. The fellow Rand beat was endorsed by Mitch McConnell and Dick Cheney.

Maybe folks are wising up and seeing that Republicans are every bit as terrible as Democrats.

Hopefully Rand will win the election and not be the huge hypocrite his dad is.

WTF does Obama have to do with a Republican primary? Is there no issue on earth that you don't hold Obama responsible for?

one can only hope that the apple fell far far away from the tree.

i gotta agree with red on this one. this had absolutely nothing - zero, zip, nada - to do with obama and the dems. this is all about the pubs and that a lot of pubs are fed up with even their own "establishment".

the pubs have preached "anti-beltway" and vilified government for years. i think many are gonna be surprised when the voters apply that and the "vote em out" mentality to them. i dont think it looks good for establishment or incumbent on either side of the aisle. the down side is, in the rush to replace, we could get some real doozies. i have seen that at the state level, and it isnt pretty and voters very much regretted their actions.

Ron and Rand couldn't be more on the same page.

I guess it is score 1 for kooks.

Boy I would hate to see the voting records some of you have.. Ugh.

If I named my son "Rand" I would expect to be horsewhipped.

When I said "the results" I assumed you were intelligent enough to understand I was referring to all the contests. I apologize for giving you too much credit.

I don't hold Obama responsible for all issues and at the same time can't find a single positive accomplishment since he took office.

I find it interesting that his endorsements are not helping the candidates. I've never seen a politician as arrogant as him and I'm sure it's killing his ego to see his cute remarks aren't carrying the weight they did two years ago.

I agree with the anti-establishment angle. What some here don't realize though is that Obama is part of that establishment.

Run them ALL out of office. The few decent people we'll lose will be offset by the many we need to eliminate. This is the WORST Congress in our history and this administration is quickly catching Carter for the worst ever.
