Kind of hard Red when our coach is the one making the accusations. Like I said in that other thread on the main board, it would have been better if he hadnt publicly made these statements. There are plenty of better ways to get this info out just as effectively.

Did he? Where did he name any schools for recruiting violations? I see posters here naming schools and proposing scenarios, but nothing cited to a on-the-record source. It's what we call unsubstantiated rumors.

Miles has stated there were violations. He's not going to name any names unless he files a formal complaint with the NCAA. So what's wrong with speculating?

    Interesting thread here!
How ironic it would be if little Nicki gets caught for recruiting violations.
That would definitely set back that program a little bit.
Firebum would definitely not like Bama hitting the skids again!

If what Tennesse reported turned out true, that's another nail on the coffin for Saban, as if things were not rough already.

    Yeah, like squishing them :hihi:

Wonder if Miles would try to hang points on Bama and Ole Miss next time the teams meet? NO, I think he would be classy.

Sounds like they are afraid of LSU becoming too much of a powerhouse.

The sad thing is that if these rumors are true, nothing will happen...no slap on the hand....nothing! Good old NCAA:nope:

Saban contacted a player that was already enrolled at UT, I know that was one of the violations. I don't know what else happened, but it wasn't anything serious enough to put Bama in a lot of trouble.

I believe Nick had a similar problem at LSU one year...

Good lord man, have you been drinking or is the glass already half empty when you showed up?
