Oh lol I was thinking bitch. I find it interesting that there is no mention of crappie service, or anything that would suggest the patrons had an unpleasant time until they tabbed out. I know this, if I had the ability to label tabs the way I wanted, well I'd be fired quickly.
A sad commentary on the state of our society. Also in hindsight maybe the bartender should have put 5 bitches on the tab.
Its hard to say. SO my wife is black and we live in West Texas. She is a Gymnastics coach. She has literally had little kids come up to her and say, "I've never met a black person like you before". Most of it has to do with upbringing and media. People are just ignorant most of the time. I don't think they are truly racist anymore than the rest of us, but there has been such a topic of racist white privilege that every single words gets studied.
I worked with a black guy in the 90's. He had moved to Baton Rouge from Gary, IN. He told me that until he moved here he had never seen a white person who wasn't a cop.
