Is this place like Tiger Stadium where you can pretty much find tickets outside the stadium? What are the chances of getting tickets if we just show up? Is anyone trying this?
I went without tickets in 03, and 05, and got in. In 05 both teams were in the top 10, and Bama was undefeated. My cousin and I got two tickets for 100 bucks about 2 minutes before kick off. In 03 I had no problems finding tickets at face value. I am sure there will be folks selling tix, but I bet the minimum they will be asking is 700.
My brother was thinking of tagging along and trying to find a single ticket just before kickoff. I haven't really paid attention but does looking for only a single ticket help you or hurt you right before kickoff?
I was advised by honorable Tide fans that tickets may be $200 or more into the 2nd quarter for this game. Also, Ebay had a single for $500, for that much I'd rather get a room at the Ritz and have a hotel party for the game.
Hello Tiger Fans first Post here, I love the Tide, but enjoy this site alot also. The best place the purchase tickets before the game, or during is right next to the "official Tide Store" located at the South n-Zone beside the walk of champions (right next to the Bear, Stallings, and Saban statue) On the ticket question, yes many will be available but the prices will differ. My best advice is look for the older white men they tend to offer the best price on tickets. As you all know the tornadoes have destroyed a good portion of our outer campus therefor parking has become even more of a hassle so my best advice is to get there at least 4 hours prior to kickoff. They close university, and Paul Bryant AVE 2 1/2 hours prior to kickoff. I myself will be in attendance and am overly excited for an epic clash between the Tide and the Tigers! Safe Travels to all of you traveling to Tuscaloosa and just ignore some of the idiot fans that we all have. RTR and God Bless!
