    They also ALL must serve. Probably why they dont go on to commit mass murders among their piers later in life.

    Reminds me of the Winston Churchill story of a woman he was engaged in an argument with. She told him (and I'm paraphrasing) 'sir, if you were my husband, I would poison your tea'; to which he responded, 'and if you were my wife, I would gladly drink it'.

    Well Rexie-poo ... I was around for those changes. The reason, if someone else hasn't already told you was, the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT required States to raise the age to 21 or lose out on federal highway funds. Drinking Age Act of 1984 ... sponsored by NJ Democrat, Frank somebody or the other.
