LSU has been recruiting just fine and this year will be no exception. Ishtissle will predict that six 5-stars and 18 4-stars will sign and they never do, but guess what? We will still sign fine classes of recruits. For every recruit that is put off by a school in a rebuilding year, there are two recruits that see a better opportunity for playing time.
Sit back, enjoy the ride, and see how it turns out once the dust settles. There's nothing any of us can do about it either way so no sense in worrying about it. Personally, I think we're fine. LSU has been doing one hell of a job at recruiting the last several years and I don't see any reason for that to change.
:geaux::crystal::helmet: CLM is a pretty good recruiter in his own right and folks shouldn't forget that. A lot of recruits who have come in over the last 3 - 4 years have had nothing but good things to say about Coach Miles' honesty and integrity. That goes a long way with recruits. Also, CLM's record over the last 4 years plus the NC is pretty much at the top of the heap of coaches in the country with a couple of exceptions. I'm not convinced that Saban or anyone else is a better recruiter than Miles and I think we'll be OK when the dust settles. :geauxtige:champs::LSU231:
I agree fully. I especially agree with the honor and integrity comments - I think that is truly his character and is a strength.
