In several states, marijuana is available for medicinal use or outright decriminalized. If you are playing football in one of these states, and are using it legally, can you still play?
No the universities have their own rules just like your employer. Medicinally yeah. Otherwise no. I'm speaking without really knowing but I'm probably right.
