It’s no longer 2theadvocate.com, it’s just theadvocate.com implying that they are no longer in business with WBRZ. For the last few days I don’t see any articles shown at all. Have they gone subscription only for online articles?

The quality has been lacking for a while now, but still having more outlets available for LSU is always better…

Well to be very honest part of the reason the 2 was added was because awhile ago theadvocate.com was a gay magazine.

I tried to go there a few times to be very shocked.
I guess they finally were able to get that domain from the gay magazine and have moved it.

I assume the LBGT magazine has a new domain.

I heard that they separated the websites because web access was increasing exponentially and it paid for the TV station and the newspaper to have their own sites.

theres one site. its simply redirected.

they likely dropped the 2 because the advocate is simpler and would generate more hits--now that its available from the gay site i often frequented.

    Thanks for the replies everyone...

After they started the transition, they were still putting out articles:
From 8/16 - Next middleman | LSU | The Advocate — Baton Rouge, LA

I'm just wondering is that done with, or are they still ironing things out? I can't see new articles using any one of 3 browsers :/ Time will tell, I was just just wondering if anyone had a feel for what's going on with the lack of new content...
