    No kidding. Elway took that team to three Super Bowls in the late 80's with Sammy Winder and Steve Sewell as his running backs.

    Looks like Mike Shanahan has out did himself today.
    The Broncos had a shot at the playoffs and are now finding themselves
    less likely of making the playoffs.

    I think it was a mistake to replace Plummer with Cutler in the first place and
    have questioned this move in this thread.
    Jake Plummer has a winning record, look at the year he had last year.
    You don't make this move when you have a chance for the playoffs.
    The Broncos season is practically over now IMO so Cutler might as well
    play out.
