I'm hoping that the offense is about 58/42% Run to pass. Maybe CCC starts the game passing to open up the run
It would be as shocking a moment as when Tracey Porter intercepted Peyton and I realized the Saints had just won the Superbowl.!
At Georgia State or Georgia Southern maybe. McMillan can probably come right in and do what he does with just as much efficiency and effectiveness. I just don't want this guy to display his dysfunctional decision making skills on the field for LSU any longer...........
If anything, they will dare us to throw over the top and over the middle. We couldn't get away with a horizontal passing game because defenses are always up close and jammed in the box. I also think its what makes it tougher for our QB's to scramble decently, the defenses play up close and if our QB breaks the pocket they close in faster then they would if we had them spread out. I still believe that our vanilla playbook and predictable offense often inflicts a lot of our own wounds.
Sometimes, but the playbook wasn't vanilla when we had a quarterback who knew his job. If last years, young quarterbacks have become veteran quarterbacks who work hard to be students of the game, Cameron can do a lot more with the offense. But we have a good line and a Heisman candidate at running back this season. The coaches would be fools not to run the ball a good deal.
And I think you saw him open it up a little more in the bowl game. Interestingly enough, offense wasn't the problem in that game, defense was.
