There are so many that we're recruiting this year, and since we want to take 2, I thought they deserved their own thread. Dayne Crist - Top 10 QB from California. Had serious interest in USC, LSU, and ND. Has commited to Notre Dame. E.J. Manuel - Top 10 QB from Virgina, is between Florida St & LSU - appears to favor Florida St. Darron Thomas - good athlete, weak arm, 3 star dual-threat QB. Favors LSU. Tyler Wilson - very good pitcher as well as QB. Threw for over 4,000 yards and 50 touchdowns last year. No one knows for sure right now but the staff, the kids don't know they have a firm offer until they try to commit unless it's in writing.
When I see/read interviews where the recruit has received an offer in writing, I will take his word for it.

Andrew Luck - Scout has as a 4 star. His release is awkward, but otherwise he's a very good QB. It looks like we may be pretty high on him. DC Jefferson - another big QB (6'6" 240lbs), and 4 star on Scout. We've offered, but I haven't heard much about us from him, so I don't know if we're recruiting him very hard or not. Jack Elway - John's son. Crowton is very high on him, basically only us & Oregon have offered. He's raw right now, but could be good. Justin Tuggle - a dual threat guy that we haven't offered. From what I can tell, he's a good athlete, but not a good QB. Mikie Mahtook - I know some guys from STM, and they aren't very high on him. He doesn't have any big offers right now, but may impress as an athlete in camps and pick some up. He's mostly being recruited as an athlete. Jacory Harris - us & Bama have offered. His stats & measurables look good, but he's still unranked by Scout. I'm not sure how good he is.
CParso, you don't list Manuel anymore. Any reason why? I just read an interview with him that implied he was really high on LSU.
