You're assuming recruits place that as a high priority. Playing time for a big time school that gets them national exposure trumps most everything else. It's about getting to the NFL. Schools like Michigan and OSU can help kids get there just like LSU can. Michigan will let him play from day one, LSU won't. It's a no-brainer for him...
Exactly. #1 for most prospects is NFL $$. Obviously the NFL draft isn't solely for the national championship winner. So they want to go where they can showcase their talent and get the hell out.
Reports out of Pa and Mich suggest he isn't. I don't think anything definitive has been made public by him or LSU. We may just have to wait it out.
