Watch the interview. He was asked a question and answered it. He also mentioned that just about every president has done something that goes against the constitution and could be impeachable offenses.

The federal govt. has just thrown out the 5th amendment.

He's not the only one saying this.

Why don't you stand up for principles and rule of law.

    And he went further:

His citizenship was automatically revolked when he decided to take up arms in support of a terrorist group that has killed thousands of Americans. He had become an enemy combatant. Martin has explained this to you already quite well. What part of enemy combatants forfeits their citizenship the moment they actively participate in trying to kill Americans is too complicated to understand? Should we have sent Hawaii 5-o over seas to read him his rights and flew in an ACLU lawyer to argue for his bond? Damn!

You miss the entire picture. This one man has now turned the Constitution on it's head.

Not to mention how do you become an enemy combatant in an undeclared war.

We have now given the president precedent over jury and trial. The same crap the Patriot Act does without warrants.

It's quite easy, just attack US troops. Really not a hard concept to wrap your mind around once you give it a little thought.:thumb:

We're the United States of America. We go were the phuck we want to go, war declared or not. If there's something to gain from it, we'll do it, plain and simple. It doesn't matter who the phuckin president is. Do you guys not realize this yet?

Maybe it would be better if there were some big ceremonial process of declaring war. With lights and sounds and stuff, and then the President emerges from it all and in some grandiose, cinematic way he declares war on somebody. Of course, this would cost a lot of money. Obviously bombing the chit out of somebody isn't enough of a way to declare war for some people.
