LSU should move up 1 spot in the Coaches' Poll, jumping Oklahoma. FSU and Georgia should swap spots. FSU will be closer to #5 Stanford than the #7 spot, in fact. 1. Alabama 2. Oregon 3. Ohio State 4. Clemson 5. Stanford 6. Florida State 7. Louisville 8. Georgia 9. Texas A&M 10. LSU

A few observations: 1. Not everybody is on board with FSU, as they are still much closer to the Georgia/Louisville/A&M group vs the Clemson/Ohio State/Stanford group. Not sure how you don't buy in after a 63-0 drubbing of a top 25 team. 2. Clemson catches Ohio State. The voters knocked Ohio State for their "lucky" victory. Great to see. Ohio State could go undefeated and NOT be in the NC game. That would be lovely. The pecking order will end up being 1) Undefeated SEC 2) Undefeated PAC-12 3) Undefeated ACC 4) Undefeated Big 10 5) Undefeated Big 12 6) 1 Loss teams in the same order as #1-#4 7) Undefeated Louisville 3. Oregon impressed enough to change a couple of voters' minds about who is the best team in the country. The gap from #1 to #2 should be razor thin, not a landslide as it currently stands. This isn't last year's Alabama team. 4. Louisville will be mired in that #6-#9 slot all year long, even at 12-0. Thank the AD for that one, not scheduling one good OOC game was a huge mistake. We will not know how good this team is until they play their automatic berth BCS bowl game.
