I don't know if someone mentioned this already, but FSU could knock off the Gators, then get beat in the ACCCG. Oregon may very well lose to the beavers, and don't even control their own destiny in the PAC. If both of these things happen and bama loses to the barn, things will get very interesting. However, the chances of that last one happening are at about -40%.
In '07, LSU went into the last week of the season at #7; two improbable losses later, we were #2 with two losses. If total chaos ensues, no one rises to the top better than Les Miles and the Tigers. ****In any such scenario, AU has to beat Bama. Yes, I know...
well their are scenarios where every one of the teams you mention could have 2 losses except Notre Dame. We would be the only one of those assuming we beat arky that would have won their last game. LSU and ND in the championship right. FSU loss in the acc champ but win over fla., k st to texas, bama to aub. oregon to o st., we beat ga in sec ch. to go to 11-2. who am i missing. Lsu-nd in the championship
Florida get beat by FSU, Clemson by S. Carolina, FSU by Clemson, Georgia by GA Tech, Bama by Georgia, Oregon by UCLA, K-STATE by Texas. LSU slides in the back door.
just simply not going to happen, considering the suspensions, injuries and players that cant read to pass classes. This has been a decent year. 2013 we will be hard to beat.
I agree that we'll be tough in '13. But crazier things have happened--and the last time they did, LSU vaulted from #7 on the first Saturday in December to #2 on the first Sunday in December.
I agree that it is a possibility, hell i didnt think Baylor would beat the hell out of K-State, but that is a lot
