Oregon gets a sizeable boost from the computer polls and jumps Arkansas.

Oregon beating Stanford next week will leapfrog them past Oklahoma.

Oregon and Arkansas should be like ... wtf should we have lost to horrible teams instead of LSU and Bama to get a high ranking.

    OU is "special"

You answered a question I was about to ask, do you believe Bama stays ahead of Boise ?

The computer polls will pretty much be close at the end between Boise and Bama if they both win out. So the voters could control who LSU plays between Boise and Bama if Okie State and Stanford loses. Then of course there is Oklahoma. We'd have a 3 way mess.

Ou is one of those media favorites that benifits greatly from the constant media love. They are a good team. They were picked #1 by so many preseason that the media elite don't want egg on their face. If a one loss team goes to Nola it will be ou. You can bet if ou were undefeated they would play in the bcsnc but little brother osu may be undefeated and be passed over by another media darling- Stanford.

I relate to osu in a way. I know next to nothing about osu. I haven't watched an osu game this year. What I relate to is their being over shadowed by ou by the media just as lsu is over shadowed by bama.

When it's over I guess the entire state of ok will hate us. The ou fans already hate us. By the end of January the rest of ok football fans will hate us because of the beating the cowboys will get in Nola at the hands of these tigers.

Oregon should be ranked ahead of OU. OU lost at home to an unranked TX Tech team. Oregon's only loss was to LSU on a neutral site, as if y'all didn't know, I know.

What if Ok. St. loses to OU, & Oregon wins out, giving Stanford a loss? Should they be able to play in the NCG?

    yep, for now

It's really close in the polls where LSU is #2 to Okie State.

Our 13th win will give us #1 in all computer polls at year's end.

I think the problem Oregon has is with a weak schedule. Fortunately for them, they have Stanford and I believe USC coming up. That should help them a bit.
