Realistically Bama, Ohio State, Notre Dame and Clemson are as good as they are because they had everyone coming back from last years team. Everyone else ain’t much better than we are. We’ll be back in 2021

I wish I had your optimism. I hope you're correct. I think there are some real problems inside the locker room. I think we have too many players that are just along for the ride.

Maybe so but we’re not the only team with problems. This year has been shaky and I feel after an offseason the kids will get back to playing the brand of football were accustomed to seeing.

Who else has gone from the penthouse to the outhouse like we have this year. It's apparent to me watching the games that our players are just going through the motions. Our defense couldn't stop a junior college team. Pelini has got to go. Will O fire him? There's some other coaches that should be on the hot seat. Unless I see a hell of a lot of improvement in all phases of the game then I think we're in for another sub par season next year. How much of this are the Tiger fans & the LSU administration going to put up with?

    Excellent posts @BayouBengal014
That’s not about making excuses either. If O has lost “it”, we will and should hold him accountable. As it should be.

No coach is any better than his last win

Definitely that’s the mentality you need as a competitor. In regards to O - I will always know that O’s best is better than everyone else’s.

Btw- that last statement is an awesome parting shot to the O detractors. Just remember that O’s best is a helluva lot better than anyone else’s. LOL. It’s a proven fact too, so suck it:D

I think when you look at the forest and not the trees you can see the players aren’t exactly in to it. After playing for a National Title do you think it’s easy to get motivated about playing in a bowl and on top of that this season has been up and down with opt outs and injuries. Players and coaches knew this season was over before it started.

Then the entire coaching staff needs to be fired.
