    The Commissioner of baseball.

"Babies" have to be born. The law of the land say abortion is legal in the first trimester. Pro-choicers do not contest Roe v Wade. This is a straw man.

The article you cited also says . . ."In the United States, the pro-choice position is perceived as "pro-abortion." In China, where abortion is sometimes required by law, the pro-choice position would be perceived as "anti-abortion." The purpose of the pro-choice movement is to ensure that all choices remain legal."

Tell that to women who have miscarriages. Tell them it was not a baby. Tell them it was simply a FETUS.

Irrelevant. The legality of abortion has never been an issue in this thread. Its the morality.

Quick reference guide for FSA readers. When Red begins arguing semantics, he knows he's lost the argument. To wit:
    Strike one.
    Strike two.

Legality is objective, morality is subjective.

Dude, I was quoting your own article!

If I ever lose an argument, I'll test your theory.

True, but going back to the point of the thread (the couple's statement about choosing abortion "if they had only known", no one has questioned their legal right to have the abortion.

    I didn't write it.
