I tried to run from the 8 percent state income tax but they got me. Ouch

These state taxes and property taxes are killers. Add that to the over 4.00 price of gas and you have a dwindling paycheck.

Thank goodness i sit for hours on the forums and only have to contribute 25 a year. Keeps me from getting into trouble and spending any money elsewhere.

Glad to see Herman Johnson get a little notice. Big Herm can clear the area.

Three years sin a row now, LSU has been highly penalized. It's time Les gets a handle on this.

It definitely shows a lack of focus and discipline on the field, that can cost us games (ie Arkansas)

i disagree on the penalties. they need to be kept under control, but if the coach emphasizes it too much then the team pays the price with less aggressiveness, less plays.

i wondered too last season whether many of the procedural penalties (a large % of the penalties by recollection) were because of a new qb and new oc.

Miles needs to show some balls this year and bench TJ for a while when he gets one of his dumbass 15-yarders...

Of course! Remember it was he that took a swing pass and raced some 60/70 yards for a TD to get us right back into the game against Auburn.

I agree with this, but I found it very interesting that LSU only committed ONE penalty in the BCSNCG, which coincidentally was the best officiated game we'd been involved in all year.

I still think a number of the penalties were garbage.

The procedure calls, though...well, at least Carnell Stewart won't be around to jump offsides this year.
