I know they are a few people who will think its absurd to pay to see a race on TV. But did anyone here get to see the Dirt race at Eldora Wednesday? I have never really watched a dirt track race in my life, but naturally the big names that were brought in for this one had me interested. For an event that is only in its third year in existence and first year being televised, this was one great show to watch. It was stress free racing for the drivers so they just had fun and it showed. And to think it was all to help the Victory Junction Gang. All in all I can't wait till next year to watch it again.
I can't stand to watch car races but I'm starting to wonder if there's something wrong with ME cause so many of my friends/family like them- even my mother, mostly cause her two brothers are into it. I always was the "Black sheep" though. Yeah it counts, we know you're a lil grease monkey. :hihi:
You're not weird. I don't dig watching cars drive in circles for hours either. If I see a truck with a Calvin cartoon peeing on some guy's NASCAR number, I already know that I have nothing in common with the owner. And that (s)he probably has a ton of empty Mountain Dew and Kodiak containers under the seats.
