    :rofl::rofl:

    It's a poor choice of words, but only two teams in a conference can be in any of the BCS games. In the SEC, that's going to be LSU and Georgia. Florida can't be in a BCS game because LSU and Georgia are already in.

    I must say that reading a well-thought out prediction on our board here is highly unusual. Don't get me wrong, that's to be expected with a Tiger-based fan board.
    If Brett ain't getting those donuts to you on time, he should be reprimanded. Very few people command respect with their comments on this board. However, you've earned mine. And living among the damn Gator mind controllers makes this an even more unbelievable feat.

    My ONLY trepidation on our being picked to play in the BCSCG is that Lou Holtz picked us on ESPN late last night. Recomendations from a stuttering clown don't hold much weight.

    Does Brett have a contingency in place to provide the Advil along with a case of Community to sort this mess out? Time for a re-negoation or a lab anaylisis to identify the substance in the doughnuts. Carefull with that axe Eugene! :shock:

    I have no faith in the coaches. I don't know what they might have seen yesterday that would cause them to shift LSU ahead of Va Tech, and they haven't really been in LSU's corner all season. Man, we could have used a few more TD's yesterday.

    What is kind of interesting is that LSU's lead over Va Tech in the Harris was identical to Va Tech's lead over LSU in the coaches. What I don't quite understand is how Va Tech leads LSU on the computers. Better losses?

    I wish the basketball selection committee was in charge of this.

    I anticipate disappointment.

    Well, here's what I know. My Step-brother is one of the biggest WV boosters in the state. After the game, he and his business partner had a suite in a local hotel reserved for a the coaches and a few select boosters for a large drunken celebration. I haven't been able to talk to him, I'm sure he's sleeping off a headache. But I'm sure the coaches didn't show for the party. The people here I know are SHOCKED.
    I had alot of respect for Rich R and his coaching abilities but now I'm questioning that. Slaton ran 10 times for almost nothing and always ran to the interior of the line. With all that speed, wasn't that a ridiculous plan? I didn't understand the gameplan at all. And it seemed to me the ref's were trying to give the game to WVU. There were several BLATANT bad calls in favor of WVU. There were Lots of tears shed here last night.
    But the good news for WVU is that almost their whole team will be returning next year. I think in a few years their conference might be getting close to the talent in the SEC.
    I just thank god I didn't have to see an LSU/WVU game now that I think about it. I'm terrible about rubbing it in when it comes to Lsu football (I'd have probobly earned an asskicking).

    My guess is, WV feels the exact same way we felt after losing to R-Kansas.

    i don't know man..to me, that WVU loss is equivalent to LSU being ranked #1, NCG in hand, and losing to Ole Miss on the last weekend of the season. Now THAT would be suicidal to many LSU fans.
