[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VSpOxZ2tI20]Mississippi St. Zach Smith say hello to LSU Craig Loston‏ - YouTube[/ame] Duck, Ducks.
LSU will by far have better natural athletes and better conditioning than any other team Oregon faces this season. The "juggernauts" out west won't come close to that level of recruiting or competition and you should have no problem winning your conference, again. Oregon's problems will be not being able to outrun everyone on our team, and LSU's giant O and D linemen leaning on your guys all freakin game long. Not to mention all the damn tickets sold to LSU fans for Jerryworld. LSU's problems are clear, and unfortunately, the same problems we've faced since the 07 NC: quarterback play, clock management, and play calling. I'm thinking at least two of those issues will be greatly improved by the start of the season, but which two remains to be seen. I see LSU winning in the trenches, especially with our defensive line freeing up the linebackers. As long as the secondary doesn't blow coverage, that pretty much makes the ducks' offense one-dimensional. Don't worry about LSU's offense cause we're already used to seeing it being one-dimensional. If we can get some real good shots on your qb and backs, they'll eventually go lay down. Got some hard hitters here fellas, this ain't the west coast, we ain't the beavers or the trojans. We're the motherphukkin LSU tigers and we WILL bring it, on the field, in the stands, and in the damn parking lot. LSU 31 Oregon 21 In the words of Troy Landry, "you can take dat to da swamp".
Last year, Gary Patterson and TCU successfully had the roof open for the game. But if memory serves, that day, the high temp was only in the low 90's. We're about to break the all-time streak for consecutive 100+ degree days in DFW. The previous record of 42-straight is going down next Saturday. I shudder to think of how bad it will be around here if that streak isn't broken by September 3rd, because that would be in the 70 days or so range, and roads are buckling under the heat as it is now, and the power grid is over-taxed. So...I doubt that the roof will be open, but it wouldn't be unprecedented.
Pretty sure that was the same guy that got clocked by Craig Steltz, maybe, the year ol Clara Dawg was around here. Definitely not meant to be on kick off team. Think he hung up his strap after that one. Bet he gets an upset stomach any time he hears, "LSU".
Thank you sir. :thumb: For our Duck fans, I try to be even-keel and a good sport but having played MLB I love hits and get pumped. Watch what this muther phucker got FROM ONE OF OUR GOT DAM RECEIVERS! This ain't no PAC PUSSY shyt here pals!! Just picking, DeSean Jackson getting decleated by that USC defender comes to mind. This. Me, Batty, and '72 were at that game. That poor guy should've never played again. He had other concussions AFTER the Lafell hit and BEFORE the Loston hit. He will likely be permanently effed up. I really feel sorry for him.
