News Prediction: Indictment...or no indictment?

    I agree with red. It's tough to speculate for me as we don't have all the info and evidence but my gut tells me he gets indicted.

    It wasn't a prediction, it was an assessment. I thought it was too early to call and we had too little evidence that had been made public. And not much has changed except that the DA has no balls and is trying the case before the grand jury in secret instead of just asking them to send to case to open trial, which they might have done fairly quickly.

    I agree with that. The chaos is only likely to get worse as time goes on and the public remains largely uninformed. An open trial might have been filled with criticism from both sides but at least it's open.
