Not that pre season ranking mean that much in college baseball, but in looking over the LSU Schedule I see we are playing 8 ranked (in one poll or another) – Stetson - #36 in Collegiate Baseball Tulane - #22 in Baseball America USM - #34 in Collegiate Baseball Ole Miss - #4 in Collegiate Baseball #4 in Baseball America #8 in ESPN/Coaches South Carolina - #2 in Collegiate Baseball #3 in ESPN/Coaches #12 in Baseball America ULL - #19 in Baseball America #32 in Collegiate Baseball Kentucky - #20 in Collegiate Baseball MSU - #23 in ESPN/Coaches #27 in Collegiate Baseball LSU is ranked #30 in Collegiate Baseball. The only other SEC team I found ranked was Vanderbilt (#3 in Baseball America; #6 in ESPN/Coaches; and #11 in Collegiate Baseball) who we do not play during the regular season. I was a little surprised that Arkansas was not ranked in any of the pre season polls. ldskule::tigbas:
