And guys like you insist on raising taxes without understanding WHY jobs have gone overseas. Taxes are not the only problem. Tell me, how many jobs would higher taxes bring back?
"2001 - 2003: Senate was evenly split, 50-50, between two parties" " 2001 - 2003: House was split, 212 D - 221 R. " http://www.infoplease.com/ipa/A0774721.html But anyway, still didn't answer the question. Obama has said he only wants to tax the rich which says those 50% still will pay no income tax.
No one is talking about raising taxes. My question to you was this: is it right to give a tax break to the rich, the "job creators", only for them to not create jobs here in the US. If your argument is going to be that these people need to keep these tax breaks because they are the "job creators" then you cannot at the same time argue that it is okay for them to take our tax dollars and run off to another country with it. No one has said anything about raising taxes, those are your words. You still have not answered my question: why is it okay to give tax breaks to the people who are sending jobs overseas? do you understand that this means that the US is essentially subsidizing jobs in other countries? how can you possibly favor this?
I'm not a Democrat, peabrain. i don't mind being called a peabrain as long as it's purple hull with boiled okra and cornbread to go with it.
You still have not answered my question: why is it okay to give tax breaks to the people who are sending jobs overseas? do you understand that this means that the US is essentially subsidizing jobs in other countries? how can you possibly favor this? ask barry how come its ok to send billions of our tax dollars to foreign countries and create jobs overseas then.
i love teachers who teach, not those that try to push their views on vunerable kids that have not a clue as to what is going on in this country. and i curse alot anyway. my employer doesn't like it either but i told him fuck it. i don't like it 115 in the shop so let's compromise with some a.c. Red you must be psychic. "i see an ipad in your future". close, Iphone man! I'm a hitek rednek now.
I never said that taxes were the only problem, but they are part of the problem. I have said several times that I favor a plan which would make spending cuts first and then cover the remaining deficits by rolling back the Bush tax cuts. I am not in favor of taking in any more money than we need. Mark my words, though, even the Republicans will eventually back a plan to raise taxes because it is mathematically impossible to balance the budget without any revenue increases and this is something that even conservative and liberal economists do not argue about. Do you know something that our countries most qualified economists do not? This whole charade about standing on principle and never raising taxes and sucking Grover Norquists dick until he's dry will end so fast it will make your head spin. It will not be done before the election because of politics but between the election and inauguration day there will be a deal struck and it will include increased revenues of some fashion. One more time and then I am done with you until Monday: why do you want to give tax breaks to people who ship jobs overseas? why not say we will let you keep your tax break as long as you move your operations back to the US, otherwise your tax breaks are gone?
