We've had some recent great recruiting classes. LSU will be loaded for the future, and the future is bright.
Soon everyone will be talking about the LSU dynasty and everyone in the country will hate us.....almost brings a tear to my eye.
As long as Miles is here, we will compete for championships. He brings great coaches & players in, and on top of that keeps the program clean & away from negative publicity. Off the field instances are very rare. I caught a lot of hell for being so adament that Miles was going to be one of LSU's greatest coaches ever (and also that Nick wasn't so great) - particularly after the Tennessee game, but I stuck to my guns & its nice to see so many people finally agree.
after that Tenn game, you and I are on an island around here... things are looking good now, brother. :thumb:

I see Blackwell eventually winding up on the O-line. Not sure if he has the speed for DE, but he definitely has the size and strength to be a great OT and we are already loaded up at the DT position. Aubrey and Corley will be very good defensive ends, IMO. By the way, I would take the Corley for Luther Davis flip flop any day of the week (even without taking the percieved personality flaws in LD into account). Rivals has Davis rated a 5.8 and 25th ranked DT, while they have Corley rated a 6.0 and 4th ranked strongside DE. Scout has Davis as their 14th DE and Corley as 16th. I believe Corley is more of a true DE and more talented.
