I went with 9-3. Losses to Auburn, Alabama and R Kansas. Whenever the Tigers lose to the gumps they play like they would rather be anywhere else but a football field the following week. We'll know a lot more after the September 12 visit to StarkVegas. Lose that one and its a long, long season. Despite the lack of depth I'm not worried about the D line. Coach O will have them ready and fired up. The 900 pound gorilla is still whether Harris will step up to the plate at crunch time. I could see 11-1 but I could also see 7-5
I always pick them to win all the games, hit on about 80% every time. This is a great year to knock bama down a notch. Came close too many times lately, time to get over that hump.
looks like 9-3 to me . win out at home (watch out for western ky!) lose 3 on the road. i have a feeling we win one we "shouldn't" (bama) and lose one we should win (usce). i do hope after every practice the staff is making the team watch all of the barner massacre from last year. we need rajah to light another fire this year like he produced on the plains a few years ago,
11-1. All of the chatter about coaching changes in the offseason has been focused on Coach Orgeron, but I think Steele winds up being a better defensive coordinator than Chavis. We've been recruiting at a high level for a long time, so I expect our 2nd stringers to be better than those on most SEC teams.
9-3 an improvement over last year but just not enough juice at the QB position to win the all the tough games. I honestly feel like this team has the potential to be very special but that's any team who recruits the way LSU does and just feel we fit the rule more this season rather than the exception.
Same for me. I expect every game to be a W when I sit down to watch it, so why not pick 12-0 from the outset?
Best case scenario is 11-1. Because in every season except 2006 we lose at least 1 game that we shouldn't lose. And that's hoping that we don't go 0-5 vs Bama
