    Jeez - check out the fins!! What are those cars? If they were black they could be the original bat mobile from TV.

    Thanks!! Wow that's a beauty. There is more steel in one of those fins than in my Civic's engine block. That's the golden years when car design was more about art than wind resistance and efficiency. Nobody gave a shit about fuel mileage. We had a Ford Galaxy with a huge V8 that got 6 miles to the gallon - on the highway.

    Is this yours or someone you know - or did you find the picture online? I ask because those house fronts looks like some houses in my parents old Baton Rouge neighborhood

    Thats no shit. My Grandpa had a '62 Belaire. He ran a stop sign once and got hit by an accord or something like that. This was in the mid 80's, anyway, the Honda was fucked and in a ditch and we couldn't tell that Granmps' car had been hit at all!

    The original TV Batmobile was a modified 1955 Lincoln Futura, which was a non-production concept car.
