I’m not pumping. But the reality is we have O for two more years and 2019 is set up for the #1 recruiting class. We hurt our recruiting class last year firing Miles and we shouldn’t hurt the 2019 class. It’s that special.
I agree. But our perspective is 8-9 is the floor. I think we are 1-2 wins better than that with O and the recruiting style. Still not the long term solution, but not the 1990’s either.
$1.7M Both can be attributed to OC turmoil and at least some of that should be thrown at the feet of an OC who has a history of not getting along with others. Of course, all of it goes at the feet of the guy who hired him in the first place, but they worked through it except at the bookends. So yeah, outside of that, much improved. The failed Canada escapade is still worlds better than Miles+Cameron.
Oh only 1.7m in wasted money? Well shit give O a raise. Canada's history is pure speculation on your part. All we know for sure is the two games O meddle in the offense we shit the bed the worst times this year. No one should be proud or happy with the state of the program.
Consider too that we had to play 5 road games in the SEC. The Troy loss was the absolute abyss but shit happens. I would settle for a loss to a decent mid major once ever 18 years or so.
