Dude, It’s just a fact, the higher the percentage of Black People, the higher the murder rate. I’m not trying to be racist or anything, it just is what it is.
Like I said, most of the permanent population of Portland are white. Both Baton Rouge and New Orleans have black women as mayor's. The murder rate in the metro area outside of Baton Rouge and New Orleans is probably even lower than Portland's. A lot of people who work on New Orleans live on the Northside of Lake Pontchartrain and make the daily drive across the 24 mile causeway, which until China built a longer one was the longest bridge in the world.
Here and New Orleans it's thugs killing each other. Good riddance. If black people care more about some guy in Minnesota than they do about their own backyards then that's their problem. Just don't try to make it mine. That dog don't hunt
