I wasn't around in 1941 but I can't imagine anything more emotional than watching the plane crash into the World Trade Center Tower and watching people jump to their deaths from the buildings and then seeing the towers collapse.
And that's what he can be blamed for. For not getting us out fast enough and continuing with those same policies.
