Don't think I mentioned the football season in that post. Not been sure I made a prediction yet. Pretty clear you still don't know what LSU coach owns your Top Passing seasons.
I'm pretty sure I know my top passing seasons. The top ones I remember don't usually include les. I don't really need stats to explain what I see. And what everyone saw but you is that les' inability to change fucked lsu despite his success. It also contributed to the Saban empire we're fighting today. We should have split games with the gumps given our talent instead of 3-7 I think it was. Saban had to rebuild after Mike Shula so we won those then lost 5 straight was it. You don't have to suck Les' dick at every turn to honor him. Nor does being objective of his faults dishonor him. He was really good even great for a moment when the momentum of the program, his audacity and the stars all aligned. Those were the fucking days. Now let's move on. For the love of God. Move the fuck on. Maybe this dumb coonass can catch lightning in a bottle. Doubtful but whatever. Learn to support the kids without always shitting on the program. Plenty of time for that later.
Pretty sure I've seen thousands of games in my lifetime. Hundreds live. Les' first game I saw a fake punt in our own end zone against asu. Had never seen that before. Was a sign of his lack of communication skills, his lunacy and goofiness which all led to unpredictability. And his success.
Some said it was genius coaching. Punter recognized/ signaled after no one was lined up on the gunner. Check these out. https://bleacherreport.com/articles/511592-lsu-football-les-miles-10-most-gutsy-play-calls
I don't believe that fake punt was called by Miles. The gunner on the right side was not covered, I believe the punter and the gunner did that on their own or there was a standing play that if a gunner was uncovered they would forego the punt for a pass.
You lost the argument as soon as you said you don't need stats to back up what you see. That's what they are there for. To prove fan fantasies either correct or incorrect. I been hearing about the "Eye test" for literally decades. It'almost always bullshit. What seasons did you likely incorrectly remember as being great or huge passing years? His many QBs do you think we've had taken #1 in the draft like Russell & completed 70% of his passes last year in college? I don't give a shit how or why he pissed away his career when he left. He sucked arse under Saban. Maybe you weren't watching?
Or truth is likely they were never told that doesn't apply on the opposite side of the 50 much less your own end zone. But hey early doucet couldn't hold on to shit so why not.
You said my top passing seasons. ie my favorite. Those are none of your damn business. Try to keep up with your own wording.
