No I think immorality is a reason that it is illegal, how many times do I have to repeat it? The topic is about the legality of duplicating copyrighted material, did you forget that? You always forget the main victim of your crimes . . . the creators of intellectual property. Publishers just manage the marketing, distribution, and royalties owed. They work for the actual creators.
yes that should be illegal. also wikipedia should be illegal because it definitely reduces the revenue for guys who write encyclopedia articles. and car making robots should be illegal because they reduce income for autoworkers. and combines should be illegal because they reduce income for farm laborers. and the internet should be illegal because now anyone can do things they used to need teams of researchers to do. and seat belts should be illegal because emergency room surgeons need jobs. and peace should be illegal because soldiers need jobs.

for the record lets say he got the news from the weather channel and is "sharing" it with me. now i dont need ot watch the weather channel.
in fact lets say that at the office every day lasalle tells me and 30 other coworkers the forecast for the next morning, and now none of us need to watch the weather channel. thats huge lost revenue for the weather channel. lock that prick up that information is not his.
Especially since I got the information from the weather channel in the first place. Fuck i'm going to jail.
